Limited
Warranty.
BINGO
BOOKS, INC. DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES FOR THE PROGRAM. THE PROGRAM,
AND THE SOFTWARE CONTAINED THEREIN, ARE LICENSED "AS IS,"
WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING,
WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the Program remains
with you except that BINGO BOOKS, INC. warrants, for Your benefit alone,
for a period of 90 days from the date of the commencement of this License
(referred to as the "Warranty Period") that the Program Diskettes
in which the Software is contained are, under normal use, free from
defects in material and workmanship.
BINGO BOOKS, INC. sole liability in the event of a defective Program
Diskette shall be to give You a replacement Program Diskette. Defective
Program Diskettes should be returned with a copy of the original purchase
receipt to the place of purchase or to Bingo Books, Inc., 200 Academy,
Suite A, Austin, Texas 78704 for replacement. You agree that the foregoing
constitutes Your sole and exclusive remedy for breach by Licensor of
any warranties made under this Agreement.
